By registering with 6ewin, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. 6ewin does not permit accounts held by minors. Players must be legally allowed to gamble in their jurisdiction. Bangladesh residents aged 18 and older may register, play, and withdraw winnings in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for verifying local laws before playing. 6ewin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate local regulations or our eligibility requirements. One account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
Account Security & Responsibility
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your password, recovery codes, or account details with anyone, including 6ewin staff. 6ewin will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Any activity on your account is your responsibility. Report suspicious login attempts, unauthorized transactions, or account compromise immediately to [email protected]. 6ewin is not liable for losses from unauthorized access if you failed to protect your credentials or notify us promptly.
You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and KYC verification. False details may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Account information must be updated if personal or contact details change.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
Minimum deposit: ৳250. Deposits are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, and Upay. Most deposits complete within 4 minutes. Deposit fees, if charged by your payment provider, are your responsibility. 6ewin does not charge deposit fees.
Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account, except under dispute conditions outlined in Section 7. Bonus funds (where applicable) are credited separately and subject to wagering requirements.
Withdrawal Policy
Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,300. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳240,000 for Classic members (increased by VIP tier). Withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes during business hours. First-time withdrawal requires KYC verification, completed within 6 hours of document submission.
You may only withdraw to the payment method used for your most recent deposit (for security). Request a withdrawal via your Account > Withdraw menu. Once submitted, cancellation is not possible—the transaction will proceed. Withdrawal refusal or delay due to failed verification will be resolved within 24 hours.
KYC Requirements
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Acceptable documents: National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Upload a clear, readable photograph showing your face, full name, ID number, and expiration date. 6ewin reviews documents within 6 hours. Approval is required before withdrawal funds are released.
Game Rules & Fairness
All games are operated by licensed third-party providers: Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Red Tiger, Ezugi, KA Gaming, and Spribe. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player percentage). Games are tested for randomness and fairness by independent auditors. 6ewin holds no control over individual game outcomes—results are determined by each provider's certified algorithms.

Players may not manipulate or exploit games through software, third-party tools, or collusion. Suspected cheating will trigger account suspension, investigation, and forfeiture of winnings. Welcome Bonus
New players receive 160% bonus on first deposit up to ৳30,000. Bonus funds are separate from deposit and subject to 10x wagering requirement. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only (e.g., ৳10,000 bonus × 10 = ৳100,000 required play-through before withdrawal).
Bonus funds expire 7 days after credit if not wagered. Not all games contribute equally to wagering: Slots 100%, Table Games 20%, Live Casino 10%. Games not listed contribute 0%. Cumulative bets across all games count toward the requirement. Withdrawal cannot be made until bonus is fully wagered or forfeited.
Reload & Loyalty Bonuses
Reload bonuses (15% on subsequent deposits) are credited upon deposit approval and wagered on a 10x basis. VIP members receive daily cashback (0.9%–2.15% depending on tier) on net losses. Cashback is credited automatically every 24 hours and available to withdraw immediately without additional wagering.
6ewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus promotions at any time. Terms may change with 7 days' notice. Bonus abuse (e.g., claiming and immediately canceling bonuses, collusion with other players) will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
Responsible Gaming
6ewin promotes safe, responsible gambling. Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of income. If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, set limits or self-exclude.
Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly spending caps via Account > Responsible Gaming. Limits apply immediately and cannot be reduced until the period ends. Time-Out: Pause your account for 24 hours to 1 month without losing funds. Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Funds in your account will be returned to your deposit method after a 30-day cooling-off period.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes involving third-party game providers, 6ewin will escalate your claim. Most issues are resolved within 7 days. 6ewin does not refund losses from normal gameplay. Refunds are issued only for technical errors (e.g., duplicate charging, wrong payout), unauthorized account access (once verified), or payment processor failures confirmed by the bank.
